In junior high, Jim and I were in the same English class. Mrs. Thompson assigned each of us to do a demonstration, of anything we chose, for the class. I chose to demonstrate how to put your hair in pin curls. (That's how it was done then, as all you girls know.) I thought it would be different and fun to demonstrate on a boy. I asked jim, and he said ok. I'm sure he knew he'd take plenty of ribbing from his buddies. What a good sport!
