I graduated from Wheaton College, Norton Mass, and soon after moved to NYC, where I've lived all these years.
I was fortunate to get into the technology business early- starting as a computer programmer (now called developer), and later getting into management and sales.
At present, I am still working full-time (more than ft) - sales/ business head for an Indian technology services firm. I have enjoyed my work, especially since I moved into a sales/business role - and am having issues around - should I retire? What will I do? etc. Note that working for this Indian firm has been terrific- the people, the work ethic, the intelligence- it's a pleasure - and a few trips to India as well!
In 2008, I married Peter Miller, from CT. My first marriage (and I had married after 40) - ended in divorce after a few years time. ---- Peter is a retired attorney, who loves CT and 'green' - so we have a house in Fairfield County, and keep my apartment in NYC as well. -- Peter has 2 grown sons, nice young men- so it is a pleasure and very easy, to be a step-Mom.
Aside from working, Peter and I have managed to travel a bit - which we love- to Japan, S.Africa, Europe and on and on- we have family in Paris (Peter's sister), so that is quite nice.
I must note that our reunion website is fantastic! Thanks to our reunion committee for a job well done!
Looking forward to the reunion- it should be great! Hoping that a few more names on the list will attend!
