Comments:

As everyone has commented, Where has all the time gone since we left high school? After DMHS I went to Englewood Hospital School of Nursing and obtained my diploma in Nursing in 1961. I stayed on at the hospital as a staff nurse and later worked there as a nursing instructor. I continued my education and got my Bachelors'Degree in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 1968 I married Abel. We met skiing on the slopes of Stratton Mt., Vt. in 1967 and in Nov. 2008, we will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.
We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren who are the love of our lives.
Abel and I started out living in Conn. and a year later moved to Westfield Mass.
I received my Masters in Ed. from Westfield State College in 1990.
I continued my nursing/teaching career at various institutions and spent the last 30 years at Westfield Vocational Technical High School teaching Allied Health and the last 10 as an administrator responsible for Cooperative Education.
I retired in 2003 and now spend 7 months in Mass. and 5 months in Hobe Sound, FL near where our daughter Amy lives in Jupiter FL. Our oldest daughter Karen Anne lives in Beaufort, SC and our son Jim lives in Westfield, MA. I am looking forward to seeing everyone and renewing old friendships and perhaps making some new ones. Best regards to all of the classmates of DMHS 1958.

School Story:

Football games at Winton White Stadium, especially Thanksgiving Day.
Being a member of the SOX, whatever that meant.

Being horrified when the school nurse, Miss Gruber, called my mother to tell her how undignified it was for me to walk to school with Walter Bardgett's arm around me. I think she was spying on me. Anyway, Walter you were a great guy and will be dearly missed.

Saddened by the passing of Karen.  She was a  sweet good friend!  She was the Maid of Honor at our wedding! She will always be remembered. She may be gone, but never forgotten!!! REST IN PEACE, MY FRIEND!
